The site and the wallet tool are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of balances, addresses, QR codes, or network data.
Non-custodial: you hold the risk
The wallet tool is non-custodial. We never hold your keys or funds and cannot recover, freeze, or reverse anything. You are solely responsible for your seeds, backups, device security, and every transaction you send, including sending to a wrong address or with a wrong destination tag.
Real, irreversible transactions
On mainnet, XRP you send is a real XRP Ledger transaction: permanent, irreversible, and publicly visible. Activating an account locks a base reserve set by the network (about 1 XRP at the time of writing) that cannot be spent while the account exists.
No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embryo Space Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, keys, data, or profits, arising from use of or inability to use the site or tool.
Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose everything you put in. Only use amounts you can afford to lose.
Third-party services
The tool depends on public XRP Ledger nodes and the XRPL testnet faucet, which may fail, rate-limit, change, or return incorrect data without notice.

The XRP rail code is open source at github.com/EmbryoSpace/xrp-capacity-attest. The wallet page bundles xrpl.js (ISC license) and QRCode.js (MIT license), each under its own license.
